Yellow colour with golden tinges, abundant froth with a very persistent and fine sparkle, an elegant bouquet of tropical fruit, citrus fruit and hints of camomile. A woody sensation to the palate with minerals at the end. Citrus fruit aftertaste.

Grapes
  Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Noir 50%.
Harvest
 
From 20 to 30 August with meticulous selection of the bunches before pressing.
Average yield per hectare
  40 Hl.
Pressing
 
The grapes are gently pressed, to extract only the finest must.
Wine-making
 
The wine-making takes place using cold techniques to exalt the scents and the fineness of the wine, with fermentation at a temperature of around 14°C. After initial fermentation in steel containers for the Pinot and wooden ones for the Chardonnay, the basic wines mature for around 8 months at a controlled temperature until the blend is prepared with a knowledgeable combination of wines refined in steel containers and casks.
Refinement in the bottle
 
After re-fermentation in the bottle, Franciacorta Bonomi Cuvée Lucrezia matures for a minimum of 60 months in the bottle before dègorgement.

  It is topped up with the same wine.
Combination
 
We recommend this wine to accompany entire meals comprised of fish and white meats.
Service temperature
  Serve at a temperature of 8/10°C.
Consumption prospects
 
The wine is ready to drink. If suitably stored it keeps for several years without losing its characteristics.
