Golden yellow colour, gentle and abundant froth, very
persistent and fine sparkle, very elegant bouquet, rich
in sensations, round and pleasantly spicy, deep and
well-structured flavour.
From 15 to 25 August, with meticulous selection of the
grape bunches before pressing.

Pressing
The grapes
are gently pressed to extract only the best must.
Wine-making
After initial fermentation, the Pinot Noir matures
for around 8 months in temperature controlled steel
tanks. It is then mixed with the Chardonnay fermented
in small oak casks for around 8 months.
Refinement in the bottle
This "Cuvée"
is then re-fermented and refined in the bottle for a
minimum of 36 months before dégorgement.
Adjustment mixture
It is topped up with the same
wine.
Combination
We recommend
this wine to accompany entire meals comprised of rich
foods, oysters, truffles, caviar.

The wine
is ready to drink. If suitably stored it keeps for several
years without losing its characteristics.
