Pressing
The stalks
are gently removed from the grapes. Pressing takes place
after brief contact with the skins.
Wine-making
The wine-making
takes place using cold techniques to exalt the scents
and the fineness of the wine, with fermentation at a
temperature of around 14°C. After initial fermentation
in steel containers the basic wines mature for around
8 months at a controlled temperature until the blend
is prepared.
Refinement
in the bottle
After re-fermentation
in the bottle, Franciacorta Ros Bonomi matures
for a minimum of 18 months in the bottle before dègorgement.

It is topped up with the same
wine.

We recommend
drinking this wine throughout meals; optimum also with
meat based dishes.
