Spaghetti with vegetables and small candied tomatoes

Preparation
Prepare some egg-spaghetti. Boil the vegetables( fennel, small carrots and taccole) in a casserole full of salt water.

Boil the tomatoes for a short while in order to peel them. Cut them in two and take the seeds away. Put them in a baking-pan with some oil, salt, garlic, spices and some sugar. Put them into the oven at 80° for about 3 hours.

When they are dry cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl full of vanilla oil.
Cook spaghetti and put them in a pan with the vegetables. Then place it in a dish and add some tomatoes.
